Job Role - Telemarketing Executive

Location: Chinar Park, Kolkata

Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: ₹12,000 onwards (Based on experience & performance)

Interview Location : Fifth Floor, Santosh Enclave, 14, Biswa Bangla Sarani, near Chinar Park,

Chinar Park, Crossing, Rajarhat, Kolkata, West Bengal 700157

Probation Period: 3 months from the date of joining

Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic Telemarketing Executives to join our growing team. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for:

Generating leads

Scheduling appointments

Following up with potential clients

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from our database

Explain our services clearly and persuasively to potential clients

Schedule at least 4 appointments daily for the sales team

Follow up with leads and maintain client interactions professionally

Update and manage customer databases with relevant information

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets as set by the management

Requirements:

Experience: 6 months to 1 year in telemarketing or sales preferred

Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome

Strong verbal communication and convincing skills

Ability to handle objections and turn leads into opportunities

Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage

Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
