Job Title: Telecaller – Travel Agent Onboarding

Job Summary

We are looking for confident and energetic Tele callers who will be responsible for connecting with travel agents across India and introducing them to our platform. The candidate will guide travel agents for registration on the company website

Key Responsibilities:

· Make outbound calls to travel agents and agencies.

· Explain company services and benefits of registering on the platform.

· Assist travel agents with website registration and onboarding process.

· Maintain follow-ups with interested travel agents.

· Build and maintain good relationships with travel partners.

· Maintain daily call reports and database records.

· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding support.

Required Skills:

Good communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable speaking with clients over calls.
Basic computer knowledge and internet usage.
Positive attitude and professional behaviour.
Ability to handle targets and follow-ups effectively.
