Job Responsibilities

Contact potential and existing customers via phone.
Promote and sell skin care products and services.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide product information.
Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

Female candidates preferred.
Minimum 6 months of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, BPO, Customer Service, or Sales.
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
