Telecaller

We are seeking motivated Telecallers for Home Loans to connect with prospective borrowers, explain our home loan products, and generate leads for our partner banks & NBFCs.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers interested in Home Loans / Loan Against Property.

• Explain eligibility, loan benefits, and documentation requirements in a clear and professional manner.

• Handle inbound calls & queries related to home loans.

• Follow up with customers for document collection and loan application progress.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.

• Achieve monthly targets for lead generation & loan application closures.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Experience in home loan telecalling, DSA, or banking preferred.

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English (regional language is a plus).

• Strong persuasion and follow-up skills.

• Basic knowledge of housing loans, EMI, and interest rates will be an advantage.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 6 years of experience.
