Telesales Telecaller

TELECALLER – JOB OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Dey Group of Technology. The role involves communicating with customers, handling enquiries, following up with potential clients, maintaining customer information, and supporting our business development activities.

The position offers a salary of ₹7,000 – ₹17,000 per month, along with opportunities for learning, performance-based growth, and career development.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Handle incoming enquiries and provide basic information about our services.

• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.

• Understand customer requirements and share relevant information.

• Maintain accurate customer and lead records.

• Update follow-up status and daily calling reports.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead conversion.

• Build professional relationships with customers.

• Identify interested prospects and forward qualified leads to the concerned team.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

• Support other basic administrative and customer-management activities when required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Below 10th / 10th / 12th / Graduate candidates can apply.

• Experience: 1–6 years preferred; freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.

• Good verbal communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

• Basic knowledge of computers and smartphones.

• Good follow-up and customer-handling ability.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work with daily targets and manage multiple follow-ups.

Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹17,000 per month
