Position: Telecaller / Telesales Executive (Female Only)

Location: Ghaziabad (WFO)

Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Experience: 6 Months to 3 Years

About the Role:

We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-spoken Female Telecaller to join our team for upcoming exhibitions and events.

This role is completely focused on client invitation and relationship building over calls. You will be the first point of contact for our clients – architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and channel partners. Your voice and communication will represent our brand and encourage clients to visit our exhibition stall.

You will be responsible for calling, inviting, and doing regular follow-ups to ensure maximum footfall at the exhibition. If you have a pleasant personality, excellent convincing skills, and enjoy talking to new people, this role is perfect for you. It’s a great opportunity to work closely with the marketing and sales team and be a part of big industry exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Calling existing and new clients to invite them for exhibitions, expos, and company events.

- Daily target of minimum 100 calls.

- Explain exhibition details - venue, date, stall, and product highlights.

- Maintain and update client database with call status and confirmations.

- Follow up with clients via calls and WhatsApp to ensure maximum footfall.

- Achieve daily calling targets and visitor confirmation targets.

- Coordinate with the marketing and sales team for client lists and event updates.

- Maintain proper reports of calls, confirmations.

Requirements:

- Only Female Candidates.

- Experience: 6 Months to 3 Years in telecalling / telemarketing / customer service.

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.

- Confident, polite, and convincing speaking style.

- Telemarketing/ Telesales

- B2B Sales/B2B Marketing.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

- Should be target-oriented and energetic.
