Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with prospective and existing customers, understanding their requirements, providing relevant information, and supporting the company in achieving its business and customer service objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Handle inbound customer calls and respond to queries professionally.

• Explain company products/services clearly and effectively.

• Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.

• Identify customer requirements and provide appropriate information or solutions.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.

• Generate leads and support the sales team in achieving targets.

• Handle customer concerns and escalate issues to the concerned department when required.

• Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and performance targets.

• Maintain a professional and positive approach while communicating with customers.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a related field.

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software will be an advantage.

• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

• Good listening and convincing skills.

• Comfortable working with targets and follow-up activities.

• Candidates should be self-motivated, disciplined, and willing to learn.

Compensation

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
