Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
Provide information about available courses, admissions, universities, and career opportunities.
Counsel students regarding admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and fee structures.
Follow up with leads generated through social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries and student interactions in the CRM/database.
Schedule counseling sessions and admission meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.
