Job Title: Telecaller - NRI Segment
Location: Mumbai - Malad West
Job Type: Full-time
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in handling NRI clients

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to NRI clients and prospects to promote products/services

• Explain features, benefits, and offerings in a clear and convincing manner

• Maintain a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction

• Understand and address NRI customer queries, concerns, and requirements

• Maintain and update CRM with accurate client interaction details

• Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure

Coordinate with internal teams for client servicing and support

Key Requirements:

• Mandatory prior experience in dealing with NRI clients (telecalling, sales, customer service, or relationship management)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Ability to understand and explain financial or real estate products (as applicable)

• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused attitude

• Proven ability to meet and exceed targets

• Comfortable working in different time zones as per NRI client base
