We are seeking an experienced Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, maintain customer relationships, and achieve sales/lead targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, customer handling ability, and prior telecalling experience.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
Handle inbound calls, resolve customer queries, and provide accurate information.
Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM records.
Promote products/services and explain features and benefits to customers.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department when required.
Minimum 2–4 years of proven telecalling/telemarketing/customer service experience.
Graduate/Undergraduate with good communication skills (English, Hindi, or regional languages).
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-centric approach.
