Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to contribute to generating sales and customer engagement. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, explaining our services, and scheduling appointments for pest control treatments. Your communication skills and ability to understand customer needs will play a key role in our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Explain DR PEST CONTROL’s services clearly and persuasively.

• Schedule appointments and follow up on leads.

• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues or escalate when necessary.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team lead.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.

• Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service/sales role is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.

• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
