Telecaller – DSA (Direct Selling Agent)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year (Experienced candidates only)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Telecaller to join our DSA team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining loan products, and generating quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers for loan products (Home Loan, LAP, Personal Loan, etc.)

Explain product features, interest rates, and eligibility clearly

Generate and follow up on leads

Coordinate with sales/DSA team for conversions

Maintain call records and customer data

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Telecaller (DSA/Banking/Finance preferred)

Good communication skills in Hindi (English preferred)

Target-oriented and confident on calls

Basic knowledge of loans and financial products
