Telecaller

Secura Technology is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Telecaller—preferably female—for its Dahisar East office .In this role, you'll be making outbound calls daily, focusing on personal loans and credit products . Your primary goal will be to identify and generate qualified leads, nurture prospects through phone conversations, assist applicants with basic documentation via phone and email, and guide them through to disbursement. You'll also address customer queries, follow up consistently, and meet monthly targets. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of telecom or telesales experience, a minimum 12th grade education, strong command of English and Hindi, and proficiency in basic MS Office and internet tools.
