Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company services/products
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
Maintain customer database and records of calls made and responses received
Schedule appointments and follow up with customers
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
Maintain a courteous and professional approach during all interactions
Report daily call status and lead updates to the supervisor
Good communication skills in English & Hindi
Positive attitude and customer–focused approach
Familiar with basic computer operations & MS Office
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
