Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound inquiries efficiently and resolve customer queries.
Explain product/service details clearly and convincingly.
Maintain and update customer database (CRM) regularly.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely closures.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Provide feedback to the management team about customer needs and trends.
Maintain a positive, professional attitude during all interactions.
Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers are welcome).
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Good listening skills and ability to handle rejection positively.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
Strong persuasion and problem-solving abilities.
