ob Overview:
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products or services, and generating leads or sales. The Telecaller should have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients over phone calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company services and answer customer queries clearly.
Generate leads and convert them into appointments or sales.
Maintain proper records of calls and update CRM or data sheets.
Follow up with interested clients regularly.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Handle customer objections professionally and politely.
Coordinate with the sales or marketing team when required.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (Hindi, Punjabi & basic English preferred).
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM systems).
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
