Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided database or lead list.
Product Pitching: Explain products, services, offers, and value propositions clearly and convincingly to potential clients.
Lead Qualification & Follow-ups: Qualify potential leads, understand client requirements, and schedule follow-up calls or meetings for the sales team.
Objection Handling: Answer customer queries calmly, address concerns, and handle rejections professionally.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily calling targets and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs).
Database Management: Record detailed call outcomes, customer notes, and updated contact details accurately in the CRM system.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any field.
Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, outbound customer support, or BPO environments (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
Key Skills:
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Good persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Fluency in English and regional/local languages.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM tools).
- High energy, patience, and resilience under target-driven pressure.
