Telecaller

We are hiring a Telecaller for our office located in Tambaram, Chennai. This is a contract-based, full-time, work-from-office role with one opening available. The salary ranges from ₹16,000 to ₹20,000 per month, along with incentives up to ₹10,000, making the total earning potential ₹16,000 to ₹30,000 per month.

The telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, handling inbound queries, explaining products or services, maintaining call records, achieving daily and monthly targets, and building strong customer relationships. Candidates must have at least a 12th pass qualification, and freshers are welcome to apply. Good communication skills in English and regional languages, along with basic computer knowledge, are preferred.

This role requires working six days a week (Monday to Sunday) in day shifts. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
