Job Title: Outbound Telesales Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Outbound Telesales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our products/services, and closing sales. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for hitting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Outbound Calling: Proactively place calls to potential and existing customers using a provided database.
· Lead Conversion: Present and explain product features, answer customer questions, handle objections, and close sales.
· Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
· Query Resolution: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
· Issue Troubleshooting: Provide step-by-step guidance to resolve client complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
· Outbound Support: Make follow-up calls to existing customers for feedback, account updates, or issue resolutions.
· Data Documentation: Maintain meticulously detailed logs of customer interactions and accounts.
