As a Personal Loan Telesales , your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and convert them into successful personal loan applications. You will engage directly with customers over the phone, explain loan products, and guide them through the complete loan process—from application (login) to final disbursement. This role also involves handling COIP (Check-Off-In-Principle) corporate leads, maintaining accurate client data, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
You’ll be expected to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining professionalism and clarity in communication. Apart from sales calls, you will also need to follow up with clients, update internal MIS tools, and coordinate with the backend processing team for quick closures.
Education & Training:
Minimum 12th pass; graduation is preferred.

Experience:
Prior experience in telesales or personal loan sales is a plus.
Candidates with experience in financial products or BPO voice process are encouraged.
Skills:
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer handling ability.
Good command over Hindi; basic English/Marathi knowledge is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email handling).
Familiarity with CRM systems or sales MIS reporting is a plus.
