Digitide is hiring freshers for YES Bank Sales voice process roles, focused on cross-selling financial products like Credit Cards, Personal Loans, and Bank Accounts.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound customer calls

• Pitch and explain banking products like credit cards, loans, savings/current accounts

• Convince customers and achieve sales targets

• Maintain call records and ensure proper documentation

• Follow sales process and quality standards

✅ Eligibility:

• Qualification: HSC or Graduate

• Only Freshers can apply

• Good communication skills in Hindi (Basic English preferred)

• Comfortable with sales and achieving targets
