Role & Responsibilities:

• Call potential donors, supporters, and members to explain NGO campaigns and initiatives.

• Generate donations and fundraising support through calls.

• Follow up with existing donors for renewals and updates.

• Maintain proper records of calls, donor responses, and commitments.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

• Explain NGO’s mission, social causes, and impact clearly.

• Build and maintain good relationships with donors/supporters.

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and fundraising targets.

Requirements:
