WE ARE  LOOKING FOR A Telecaller for our NGO

Key responsibilities include making outbound calls, explaining the NGO's mission, addressing inquiries, and maintaining donor databases. While the core duties are similar to other telemarketing roles, the specific focus is on non-profit fundraising or outreach, with an emphasis on conveying the social impact of the organization. The position offers ₹10;000 - ₹15000 and opportunities for growth

·         Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential donors to explain the organization's mission, projects, and needs.

·         Inquiries: Answer questions and provide information about the NGO's work, programs, and how people can get involved or donate.

·         Fundraising: Secure financial support by convincing potential donors to contribute to the cause.

·         Database management: Maintain and update contact information and donation records accurately in the database.

·         Reporting: Keep records of conversations, report call outcomes, and share feedback with the team lead or manager.

·         Follow-up: Follow up with donors and potential supporters as needed

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th and 1-2+ years of experience.

The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
