Tele Caller
Location – Hyderabad
1 Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries related to property details, pricing, location, amenities, and availability.
2 Explain project features, benefits, payment plans, and offers clearly to customers.
3 Generate and qualify leads through calling, follow-ups, and maintaining customer interest.
4 Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for client meetings.
5 Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-up status in CRM or Excel.
6 Follow up with existing and potential customers to nurture leads and close appointments.
7 Address customer objections professionally and provide appropriate information.
Skills Required
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Ability to convince and build rapport with customers.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Prior experience in real estate tele calling or sales is an added advantage.
