We are hiring for a Telecaller to manage patient inquiries, appointment bookings, and follow-up calls for a healthcare/clinic environment. The role requires clear communication and a patient-friendly approach.
Make outbound calls to patients for appointments, follow-ups, reminders, and service inquiries
Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Maintain call logs, update patient records, and ensure proper documentation
Communicate politely and empathetically to ensure a smooth patient experience
0–2 years of telecalling or customer support experience (healthcare experience preferred but not mandatory)
Strong verbal communication skills
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/booking tools
Patient-friendly attitude and ability to manage queries effectively
