Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic, motivated, and confident Telecalling Executives (Freshers) to join our growing team. If you have excellent communication skills and love interacting with people, this is the perfect opportunity to kickstart your career. Complete product and process training will be provided to selected candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.

• Explain the company’s products, services, and offers clearly to potential clients.

• Generate leads, schedule appointments, and follow up with interested customers.

• Understand customer requirements and guide them with the right information.

• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and maintain daily call logs/reports.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate (Any stream).

• Experience: 0 - 1 Year (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply).

• Languages: Strong command over Hindi and basic knowledge of English.

• Skills:

  • Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.

  • Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle customer rejections.

  • Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
