Position

Telecaller Executive – Credit Card Sales

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Explain credit card features, benefits, and offers.
• Understand customer requirements and assess eligibility.
• Generate quality leads and convert them into applications.
• Guide customers through the application process.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Follow company sales processes and scripts.
• Maintain daily call reports and customer records.
• Follow up with interested customers until the process is completed.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Maintain professionalism and customer confidentiality at all times.

Eligibility

• Minimum 12th Pass.
• Graduates are preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication skills in Hindi.
• Basic English communication is an added advantage.
• Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
