Job Description

We are looking for a Telecalling & Lead Follow-up Executive (Fresher) to join our team at Nachiketa Nag, Bankura.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers

- Follow up on leads via phone and WhatsApp

- Maintain polite and professional tone during calls

- Follow calling scripts effectively

- Record and track lead status

Requirements:

- Strong communication skills in Bengali and Hindi

- Basic conversational English

- Confident speaking on calls

- WhatsApp and smartphone proficiency

- Basic computer knowledge

- Patience and consistency

- Persuasive communication skills

Salary:

- During probation (6 months): Rs. 10,000/month

- After probation: Rs. 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 per year
