We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic TeleSales Executive who can communicate effectively, build customer interest, and convert potential leads into sales through outbound calling.
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain call records, responses, and lead details in CRM/software.
Follow-up with interested customers to close sales.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Maintain good customer relationships and ensure brand trust.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation ability.
Ability to handle objections and rejections confidently.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM experience preferred).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduation preferred.
Experience in telecalling or sales is an advantage (Freshers can apply).
