Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our team. The role involves contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about products/services, generating sales leads, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to clients

  • Introduce and explain company software

  • Understand client requirements

  • Schedule online/offline software demo

  • Follow up with interested clients

  • Close sales and achieve targets

  • Maintain proper data in Excel/CRM

  • Coordinate with technical team if required

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (Gujarati / Hindi / English)

  • Convincing & presentation skills

  • Basic computer knowledge

  • Knowledge of software/IT field (preferred)

  • Experience in Telecalling / Software Sales preferred
