Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller who can communicate effectively in basic English and has working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers, maintaining records, and supporting day-to-day communication tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers to promote products/services
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
Maintain and update customer data in Excel sheets
Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication
Record call details, feedback, and results accurately
Coordinate with the team for updates and reporting

Required Skills:

Basic English communication (spoken and understanding)
Good Hindi communication skills (preferred)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, simple formulas)
Good listening and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated

Qualifications:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus (not mandatory)
