Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Telecaller with a background in immigration services. The candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, explaining immigration processes, and generating leads through calls.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients and handle inbound inquiries
• Provide information about immigration services and processes
• Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships
• Maintain accurate records of calls and client details
• Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Requirements:
• Prior experience in immigration telecalling is preferred
• Basic communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
