# Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to company-provided leads.
• Explain project details and answer customer queries.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
• Update customer information in CRM/Excel.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
# Qualifications
• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
Fluency in Marathi is mandatory.
• Hindi is required; basic English is an added advantage.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
