We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, following up with clients, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about products/services
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication
Maintain customer databases and update call records properly
Resolve customer queries in a professional manner
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer handling
Requirements:
6 months to 2 years of experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/software handling
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to work under targets and deadlines
Positive attitude and team-working skills
