As a Relationship Executive, you'll be responsible for generating leads for our insurance products by making outbound calls to potential customers.Responsibilities:- Generate leads for insurance products through outbound calls- Build rapport with potential customers and understand their insurance needs- Introduce and promote our insurance products to potential customers- Meet or exceed daily and monthly lead generation targets- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless follow-up on generated leadsRequirements:- Prior experience in a calling background (credit cards, insurance, loan, medicine, etc.)- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment- Proficiency in handling customer objections and concerns.
