Key Responsibilities

Outbound Outreach: Call potential leads to pitch personal loan products, interest rates, and loan terms.
Lead Qualification: Assess prospective borrowers' financial needs, income eligibility, and document readiness.
Application Assistance: Guide interested clients on submitting required KYC documents, income proofs, and bank statements.
Follow-Ups & CRM : Maintain accurate interaction records in the CRM and conduct follow-up calls to close open leads.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily call quotas and monthly loan conversion/disbursement goals.
