Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct outbound telecalling/telesales to acquire new customers.

● Prepare and send price quotations using Microsoft Excel.

● Follow up with customers for payments and maintain regular communication.

● Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) for raw materials and follow up with suppliers.

● Maintain accurate records of communication, quotations, orders, and

deliveries.

● Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Minimum Experience: Min 1 years in telecalling, telesales, or a similar

customer interaction role.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications is mandatory.

● Strong communication and follow-up skills.

● Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain accurate records.

● Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.

Work Schedule:

● Work From Office

● 6 Days a Week
