Role Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers / Tele Sales Executives to manage outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and support the sales process. Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
Explain products/services and convince customers effectively
Maintain follow-ups and update client records
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
Build and maintain positive customer relationships

Good communication and interpersonal skills
