Telecaller

We are looking for a proactive and confident Telecaller with strong communication skills to join our team at Career Margdarshak. The role involves interacting with potential students/clients, understanding their needs, providing information about our services, and helping them select the right career guidance or training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients/students and introduce them to our services.

• Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.

• Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.

• Maintain call records and update the CRM system with correct information.

• Understand client requirements and guide them towards suitable programs.

• Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

• Coordinate with the sales/admission team to convert leads.

• Maintain high levels of professionalism and service quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 4 years of Telecalling / Customer Service / Inside Sales experience.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Strong listening and persuasion skills.

• Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented personality.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
