Job Title: Human Resource Executive / Telecaller
Location: Barra-2, Kanpur (Onsite)
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 (Fixed) + Incentives up to ₹15,000

Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees
Coordinate with departments for day-to-day HR operations
Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
Support employee engagement initiatives and events
Ensure effective communication between employees and management
