🧾 Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telecallers to handle outbound/inbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, addressing queries, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries
Explain products/services clearly to customers
Generate leads and convert them into sales (if applicable)
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information
Follow call scripts and company guidelines
Meet daily/weekly call and sales targets
Handle customer complaints politely and professionally
🧠 Required Skills
Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Regional language)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Active listening and convincing ability
Problem-solving skills
Positive attitude and patience
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
🎓 Qualification
Minimum: 10+2 (Higher Secondary)
Graduate preferred (any stream)
💼 Experience
Freshers can apply
0–2 years of experience in BPO/Call Center preferred

Rotational shifts (Day/Night depending on process)
