Job Description
We are looking for a smart and confident Telecaller with at least 1 years of experience in telecalling and B2B sales. The candidate will be responsible for contacting provided leads, generating interest in our services, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database.
Introduce company products/services and generate interest among potential customers.
Qualify leads and identify business opportunities.
Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM/database.
Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and maximize conversions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and appointment-setting targets.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
