Telesales Telecaller

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Female Telecaller to join our publishing team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to schools, teachers, educational institutions, and prospective customers to introduce our books, educational content, and publishing products.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to schools, teachers, institutions, and prospective customers.

• Introduce and explain books, educational content, and publishing products.

• Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.

• Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.

• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.

• Coordinate with the field sales team for meetings, demos, and follow-ups.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

• Handle customer queries professionally.

• Maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidates only.

• 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, inside sales, or related roles.

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Confident and comfortable making outbound calls.

• Good convincing and follow-up skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM tools.

• Target-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in publishing, education, edtech, school sales, or telesales will be preferred.
