Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.

• Explain project details, features, and benefits to clients over the phone.

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers through effective communication.

• Convince and convert leads into site visits and sales opportunities.

• Handle customer queries politely and professionally.

• Maintain a proper database of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

• Work closely with the sales team to ensure maximum conversions.

Key Requirements

• Female candidate with excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Prior experience in telecalling/telemarketing (real estate preferred).

• Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented personality.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, etc.).

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

• Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling or similar roles.
