  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain real estate projects.

  • Follow up with interested clients and schedule site visits.

  • Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.

  • Maintain daily calling targets and performance reports.

  • Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

  • Update client details and call records in CRM or Excel.

  • Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.

  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

  • Prior experience in real estate or telecalling is preferred.
