Job Summary:

As a Telesale Representative you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone to discuss our financial services and products, and convert them into paying customers.

Responsibilities:

Engage with potential customers over the phone in a friendly and professional manner.

Provide information and guidance on our financial services and products.

Understand customer requirements and suggest the right solution.

Meet daily and weekly targets for sales and customer acquisition.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.

Follow up on customer requests and ensure satisfactory resolution.

Continually develop product and market knowledge.

Provide feedback to the sales manager on product issues and customer concerns.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Active listening and questioning skills to understand customer needs.

Persistence and drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Basic computer skills to maintain accurate customer records.

Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with Colleague.
