Full Time
Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned markets and territories.
· Generate leads through field visits, networking, references, cold calling and other business development activities.
· Meet prospective customers and understand their business requirements.
· Present and explain the company’s products/services and value proposition to customers.
· Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and follow up with prospective clients.
· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
· Negotiate commercial terms and support the closure of sales opportunities.
· Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
· Conduct regular customer and market visits.
· Travel across India as required for customer meetings and business development.
· Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements, order execution, delivery and after-sales support.
· Monitor competitor activities, customer requirements, pricing trends and market developments.
· Maintain accurate records of leads, customer meetings, follow-ups and sales opportunities.
· Submit regular sales reports and updates to management.
· Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, client meetings and other business development events as required
