Job Title: Tele Caller / Academic Counselor

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Caller / Academic Counselor to join our admissions team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, counseling students regarding courses and admissions, and converting leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

Contact prospective students and parents through calls and follow-ups
Explain course details, admission procedures, fees, and career opportunities
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about programs
Maintain regular follow-up with interested candidates
Convert leads into successful admissions
Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong convincing and counseling abilities
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Email)

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
