Telecaller

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Loan Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to promote loan products, explain features and benefits, and assist them throughout the application process.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote personal, home, business, or other loan products.

• Explain loan features, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.

• Generate leads and schedule appointments for loan officers or relationship managers.

• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and loan inquiries in the system.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.

• Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns related to loan products.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Graduation (preferred).

• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, banking, or financial services (preferred)
