Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team . This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Get a salary of ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients/leads to introduce real estate

  • projects

  •  Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate project information (pricing, location,

  • amenities)

  •  Maintain a daily call log and update CRM / lead tracker regularly

  •  Fix appointments for the field sales team with interested clients

  •  Follow up with warm/cold leads to convert them into site visits

  •  Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads

  •  Achieve daily/weekly call targets and lead generation KPIs

  •  Maintain cordial, professional communication with all clients

Job Requirements:

  •  Minimum Graduate in any discipline

  •  Freshers welcome; 0–2 years of experience preferred

  •  Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage)

  •  Clear, confident, and pleasant phone voice

  •  Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
