Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team . This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Get a salary of ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients/leads to introduce real estate
projects
 Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate project information (pricing, location,
amenities)
 Maintain a daily call log and update CRM / lead tracker regularly
 Fix appointments for the field sales team with interested clients
 Follow up with warm/cold leads to convert them into site visits
 Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
 Achieve daily/weekly call targets and lead generation KPIs
 Maintain cordial, professional communication with all clients

Job Requirements:

 Minimum Graduate in any discipline
 Freshers welcome; 0–2 years of experience preferred
 Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage)
 Clear, confident, and pleasant phone voice
 Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
